Bill Atwell - President/Founder
Bill began his career in the water softener industry selling units door-to-door. After realizing the overall need to these systems, Bill decided to branch off on his own to provide a better quality system at a lower price. He believes every family should be able to afford clean, safe water for the people they love the most. Being a father of two, Bill understands the importance of loyalty and commitment and has made it his mission to never have a single disappointed customer.
Ashley Botero - CEO
Ashley was approached by Bill in 2019 to help him build FCWS. Bill knew Ashley had a background in marketing and business startups and wanted her to be a part of his vision. Being a nature enthusiast, Ashley turned out to be a perfect fit.
Nikki Atwell - COO
As the mother of Bill's children, Nikki was happy to see Bill pursuing his dreams and agreed to take the journey by his side. She is committed to gathering feedback from the staff and customers of FCWS daily in an effort to to continuously improve the company's processes and procedures.
